Join our team as a Bookkeeper and Payroll Associate, focused on full accounting and union payroll. The position requires attention to detail and expertise in QuickBooks.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with 3-5 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in union payroll processing. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity and producing accurate financial information. You will work closely with the owner and leverage your skills to contribute to efficient accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process full set of Accounts Payable accurately
• Handle payroll processing using QuickBooks and Telpay
• Prepare Union Remittance Reports and online payments
• File government remittances like GST/HST and Payroll Liabilities
• Assist in year-end closings and tax filing preparations
