Bookkeeper / Accounts Receivable & Admin | Full-Time | Chilliwack, BC

We're hiring on behalf of a growing client based in Chilliwack, BC. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic role combining bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and administrative duties.

The role

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance
  • Accounts receivable — invoicing, collections follow-up, and payment tracking
  • General administrative support — correspondence, filing, scheduling, and data entry
  • Liaising with internal team members and external stakeholders as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or AR experience
