Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, invoices)

  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow summaries

  • Support GST filing and basic tax compliance

  • Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

  • Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and corporate secretary

Requirements

  • 2-4 years bookkeeping or accounting experience

  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)

  • Familiarity with Singapore GST and accounting standards

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
