Bookkeeper / Accountant

FlavorWiki is an online market research platform seeking a Bookkeeper / Accountant for a full time remote position. The applicant must have a fiber internet connection and should be available during working hours in European or US time zones, 800 - 1600 CET or similar (though not necessarily located in those areas).

The Bookkeeper / Accountant should be fluent in written and spoken English and have previous experience working with remote teams and agile technologies. Ideal candidates will have some experience with online accounting softwares (Xero).

Responsibilities:

Monitor processing of bills and invoices - entry, filing, reconciliations, variance resolution and all discrepancies.

Monitor processing of purchase orders.

Build relationships with vendors to ensure proper processes are adhered to.

Maintain accurate and complete financial and vendor records.
