Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage our company's day-to-day financial tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are balanced.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits and tax filings.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial information at all times.
Qualifications:
