Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with strong experience using Xero accounting software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and supporting financial reporting to ensure the smooth operation of the business.


  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using Xero

  • Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments

  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and supplier statements

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Prepare and process payroll (if applicable)

  • Prepare GST returns and ensure tax compliance (if applicable)

  • Generate monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
