Overview
We are seeking an experienced Book Development & Publishing Specialist to help transform completed manuscripts into professionally structured, published books.
The ideal candidate will organize existing content, create a compelling table of contents, refine structure, potentially break larger manuscripts into multiple smaller books, and manage the publishing process on Amazon KDP and other platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both editorial structure and publishing logistics.

1. Manuscript Organization & Structuring
Review completed manuscripts
Organize content into logical sections and chapters
Develop clear, strategic table of contents
Identify opportunities to:
Break one manuscript into multiple books
Create spin-off books or companion guides
Package content into series format

Improve flow and readability
Ensure consistent tone and voice
