You'll work within a collaborative team fabricating essential equipment, such as Pans & Evaporators, which we install in-house, as well as the locomotives we use to transport sugar cane. From providing maintenance to guiding apprentices and ensuring top-quality performance, you'll be a key part of our success. This position will be based at Pioneer Mill in North Queensland's Burdekin region, known for its stunning landscapes, rich agricultural heritage, and a vibrant community. The Burdekin region offers a fantastic lifestyle with a warm climate, beautiful beaches and a range of recreational activities, making it a great place to live and work.
