Minimum Qualifications Willing to travel Grade 12 Valid drivers license Boiler Attendance Certificate N2 or N3 Mechanical Engineering qualification advantageous Computer literacy Minimum Experience At least five years experience as a Boiler Operator At least two years experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor Boiler operation and maintenance experience Experience supervising or coaching boiler personnel advantageous Fluency in English Fluency in an additional South African language advantageous Key Responsibilities Develop, compile and update boiler training materials. Ensure training content remains technically accurate and relevant. Stay informed about boiler products, technologies and industry developments.
