Job Description
We are currently seeking a Sous Chef for morning and evening operations who is creative, results‑driven, and passionate about excellence to help lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will report to the Executive Chef and assist in overseeing and managing daily culinary operations across both morning and evening service periods.
Responsibilities
- Supervising the production, operational and sanitation aspects of all culinary and stewarding operations for the kitchen.
- Coordinating activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
- Estimating daily production needs on a weekly basis and communicating production needs to kitchen personnel daily.
- Assists Executive Chef with all banquet operations and preparation when required.
