Job Description

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and related expenses
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas and ensure proper follow-ups
  • Support projects and coordinate cross-functional activities
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with office coordination and administrative processes
