The Gimli International Film Festival (GIFF) is celebrating its 26th anniversary, marking a legacy of bringing people together on the shores of Lake Winnipeg to experience film, storytelling, and community. As Manitoba’s premier film festival, GIFF showcases bold and diverse cinema while creating a vibrant cultural gathering rooted in connection, creativity, and place.
We are seeking a volunteer Treasurer to join our Board of Directors.
About the Role
GIFF is governed by a non‑working Board, focused on strategic planning, oversight, and long‑term sustainability. Board members help guide the organization’s future, strengthen community connections, and support the continued growth of the festival.
Commitment: Monthly meetings (8‑10 months of the year) and Finance Committee meetings as required. A board term is three years with a maximum of two consecutive terms.
