Job Description

  • Assist the Manager of Corporate Affairs / Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Support coordination of Board of Directors matters, including meetings, elections, and preparation/distribution of board papers
  • Assist in organizing General Meetings and preparing, recording, and circulating minutes of meetings
  • Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Liaise with share registrar, banks, and handle administrative tasks as delegated by management
