Job Summary:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serves as the Clinical Supervisor for the ABA services. The BCBA’s skills are used to conduct functional behavior assessments and produce function-based treatment. As a primary function, the BCBA is responsible for the training & supervision of direct care staff to ensure effective implementation of the behavior plan.
Job Responsibilities:Complete initial assessments and behavior support plan in a timely manner. Collect and oversee the collection of data pertaining to assessment and treatment planning. Maintain contact and appropriate follow-up with client families. Create a schedule for the Behavior Technician to provide direct care in the home.
