Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Aurora Autism Centers is looking to hire enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Aurora Autism Centers is a collaborative organization that provides quality services, including ABA, Speech and Occupational Therapy, to children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients in the home, clinic and community settings.

• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of behavior technicians.

• Review all session notes and data taken by RBT's to monitor client progress and RBT proficiency.
