Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Prior experience as a BCBA in educational or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies and data-driven interventions
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior support plans
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to participate as part of a multidisciplinary team
