COMPENSATION AND BONUSES Total Compensation Package : $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees. Monthly Performance Bonuses : Uncapped, rewarded for impact. Sign‐On Bonus : Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
