Scott College of Nursing seeks a qualified consultant to develop a BNSc programme for Lesotho, from inception through accreditation. You will conduct desk reviews, benchmarks, define competencies, design structure, modules and workbooks, and create a teaching and learning strategy with practicum.

Deliverables include resource plans, QA/M&E, implementation roadmap, timelines, budget, and risk management, plus guidance on CHE Lesotho regulatory compliance.
