Job Description

The BMS Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of Building Management System (BMS) projects, from initial design through to commissioning and handover. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage BMS projects from award through to completion and handover
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Plan and manage project programmes, resources, and budgets
  • Coordinate BMS design, engineering, installation, commissioning, and documentation
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure works meet technical and contractual requirements
  • Manage change control, variations, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and company procedures
  • Chair and attend project meetings and provide regular progress reports
