The Role:

Primary Responsibilities:

System Monitoring and Operation:

• Continuously monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure all systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems, are functioning optimally.
• Operate and adjust BMS settings to maintain optimal building conditions based on occupancy, weather, and energy efficiency goals.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze data from the BMS to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Generate and submit detailed reports on system performance, energy consumption, and any incidents or corrective actions taken.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all BMS operations comply with local, national, and international regulations, including those set by TESDA.
