Job Scope

The BMS Operator is responsible for the efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) within assigned properties. This role ensures optimal building performance, energy efficiency, and tenant comfort by proactively managing and responding to BMS alarms and system issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring & Control: Continuously monitor BMS systems for alarms, anomalies, and performance metrics. Respond to alarms promptly and effectively, taking appropriate corrective actions.
