Job Summary
The BMS Operator / Junior BMS Engineer is responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of the Building Management System (BMS). The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of HVAC and associated systems, maintaining logs and reports, and coordinating with senior engineers and vendors to support efficient building operations.
Educational Qualification
Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in:
Mechanical Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Instrumentation Engineering
Skills Required
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
Good observation, monitoring, and reporting skills
Basic communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
