Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 to 7 years of working experience in HVAC construction.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial capacity.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to learn quickly, be resourceful, and take initiative.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Project management experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Experience reading blueprints is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of BACnet/Modbus building automation.
• Knowledgeable in instrumentation & controls.
• AutoCAD literate.
• Basic knowledge of Direct Digital Controls hardware and software programming.
• At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience in the field.
