BMS / Commercial Gas Engineer – Technical Team Leader

The Role

We are recruiting an experienced BMS / Commercial Gas Engineer to operate as a Technical Team Leader (TTL) , providing hands‑on expertise alongside the supervision of a multidisciplinary engineering team.

This role sits at the heart of our commercial operations and will suit someone with a strong Building Management Systems (BMS) background , commercial gas knowledge, and the confidence to lead engineers across multiple workstreams.

You’ll report directly to the Commercial Lead and will be responsible for a team of 5 , including Gas Engineers and Wet Fitters , delivering planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites.
