Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and customize BMC Remedy applications using Developer Studio (advanced forms & workflows).
  • Collaborate with ITSM process owners and teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and bug fixes for Remedy applications.
  • Configure and maintain ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Level, Asset Management, and CMDB).
  • Ensure system performance, stability, and continuous improvement of Remedy solutions.
  • Document development processes, customizations, and workflows.
    • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer/ Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ hands-on experience in BMC Remedy Development (Developer Studio, forms, and workflows).
  • Solid database knowledge with SQL/PL-SQL.
