**Aerotek is hiring for blow molding machine operators in a brand new manufacturing facility in Kenosha!**
**Job Description:**
+ Operate one of two blow molding machines in a production setting, working alongside another machine operator.
+ Keep the blow molding machines running smoothly and consistently, maintaining targeted 70-second cycle times.
+ Monitor machine performance and respond quickly to minor malfunctions to minimize downtime.
+ Perform regular visual inspections of products and equipment to identify defects or issues.
+ Ensure raw materials are stocked and loaded correctly to support continuous production.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
+ 1 year of experience troubleshooting equipment or systems in a production setting.
