Our client has an outstanding reputation in the Irish Property sector and recently won a new portfolio of business. This is a firm based in Dublin City Centre. Your new role

Management of a portfolio of residential developments includes:
  • Overseeing and managing the administration of all developments.
  • Ensure they and the team respond adequately to client queries via post, fax, phone and e-mail, review of correspondence, approval of drafts where needed, ensure responses are sent.
  • Review and manage credit control issues of OMC’s.
