This role supports a food production plant by operating blending and drying equipment, overseeing mixing and bagging operations, and performing general production duties. The position involves working on a rotating schedule on either an AM or PM shift, handling materials safely, and maintaining consistent product quality while meeting production targets.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate blenders and mixing equipment to prepare batches according to production specifications and quality standards.
+ Monitor and adjust machines during mixing, blending, and batching to ensure consistent product quality and output.
+ Operate dryers and oversee related processes, including mixing and bagging operations, to maintain efficient production flow.
+ Perform general production and machine operation tasks, including loading materials, monitoring lines, and handling finished products.
