Position Purpose
Under the general supervision of the Director of Technology, to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair all assigned district hardware/software systems.
Essential Performance ResponsibilitiesAssist district staff and students with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of hardware and software Offer daily operations and systems support to staff and students Verify functionality of hardware and software components Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone Assist staff and students with hardware/software problems and answer their questions Track inventory and work progress in district helpdesk/asset management software Additional Duties
Performs other related tasks as assigned.
