**Job Title: Blanking Press Operator** **Job Description**
Operate blanking press machinery as part of a collaborative production team, performing setups and changeovers to cut metal accurately and efficiently while handling metal spacers and maintaining a safe, clean work area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate blanking press equipment safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
+ Perform machine setups and changeovers to cut metal according to production specifications.
+ Lift, move, and position metal spacers on and off the machine, handling loads up to 25 pounds.
+ Use overhead crane equipment to move materials and components as required.
+ Follow lockout procedures and all established safety protocols during setup, operation, and maintenance activities.
+ Work closely with a team of 4–6 colleagues to meet production targets and maintain smooth workflow.
