This position entails supporting the Customer Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure that HVAC contracts are addressed efficiently. A strong understanding of GERS and excellent customer service skills are crucial in this role, where you will also handle cash balances and contractor paperwork. Key Responsibilities:
• Interface with teams to resolve HVAC contract deficiencies
• Process daily cash draws and contractor payments
• Manage customer documentation filing and retrieval
• Analyze financial discrepancies for corrections
• Ensure effective communication on service transactions
Requirements:
• Working knowledge of GERS A/R processes
