Biotechnologist Trainee (Career Conversion Program)

Career Conversion Programme (CCP) supports mid‑career hires, existing employees or fresh graduates wishing to transition into growth roles through a 15‑month structured on‑the‑job training with WSG and Sanofi. The programme is part of Sanofi’s Modulus Project, which aims to create a new generation of modular, adaptable, and agile manufacturing facilities. One such facility is under construction in Singapore and is now in routine operations. This role is a Biotechnologist Trainee reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

• Execute routine cGMP manufacturing activities in Upstream, Downstream, or Central Manufacturing Services (CMS) teams in accordance with Process, Quality and Safety standards.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, digital and automation systems during day‑to‑day production runs.
