You will work closely with the CEO to oversee day-to-day operations across both companies, ensuring production runs on plan and that quality and delivery targets are met.

This role combines hands-on execution with strategic problem solving, requiring strong biotechnical insight, fluent English and Spanish, xqbhyrx and the ability to lead cross-functional teams as the business scales its omega-3 production capabilities.
