Role Overview: This contractual Large-Scale Bioprocess Engineer will join a biologics manufacturing team in Singapore to support the production of therapeutic proteins under cGMP conditions. The role involves daily hands-on execution of mammalian cell culture, downstream purification, and aseptic operations in a cleanroom environment. This work directly contributes to the development and delivery of life-saving biologic medicines.
Key Responsibilities: • Perform cGMP manufacturing operations including equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and batch documentation. • Operate mammalian cell culture processes and monitor bioreactor parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen, CO₂/O₂ levels, and cell performance. • Execute downstream purification processes including chromatography, filtration, and pH/conductivity adjustments. • Apply aseptic techniques for material hand...
