Job Description

Main Activities:

  • Prepare samples in microbiology, controls, and solutions;
  • Program equipment for analyses;
  • Check the stock of reagents and glassware, aiming at their replenishment.
  • Monitor the expiration dates of reagents and supplies;
  • Control the stock of chemical products controlled by PC/PF/EX.
  • Send analyzed samples for decontamination/disposal or archiving;
  • Dispose of chemical waste in a designated location;
  • Record intermediate equipment and environmental checks.
  • Identify equipment repair/maintenance needs;
  • Assist in recording quality controls in the laboratory

    • Required Qualifications:

  • Academic Background / Courses: Completed Higher Education or Technical Course.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body
  • 2 years of experience in microbiological analysis
