**Bindery Operator**
**We are seeking a skilled Bindery Operator** to join our Core Publishing Solutions team. In this role, you will perform equipment set‑ups, monitor production quality, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Review job specifications to determine material requirements and machine set‑up needs.
+ Monitor equipment performance and product quality; request maintenance support when necessary.
+ Perform basic to moderately complex troubleshooting on bindery and printing equipment.
+ Communicate effectively throughout the shift and during shift hand‑off.
+ Assess mechanical condition of equipment and complete preventative maintenance tasks.
+ Use computer‑based workflow systems to manage and track files.
+ Accurately document activities in Tier Boards and systems such as **MII** and **SAP** , including material usage and equipment-related issues.
