Core Functions

  • Assist project establishment by agreeing and contributing towards a project inception review, project planning documents, drawing strategy, scales and size of drawings along with drawing numbering to company standards and suggesting methods of drawing production to ensure efficient methods of working are being practiced.
  • Comply with BIM Execution Plans
  • Agree, deliverables, resource requirements, deadlines, and priorities for drawing production with project team prior to commencing.
  • Discuss and agree setting out coordinates, grid lines, floor levels and building details with other members of the team.
  • Develop general arrangement, section and detail drawings from Engineer's sketches and other Design Team members drawings and details, and develop these into co-ordinated building models, drawings and details.
