BIM Revit Modeler — LOD 400–500 MEPFS Expert

Planate Management Group is looking for a Revit Modeler in Bulacan, Philippines. The role involves developing and maintaining detailed BIM models for MEPFS systems at LOD 400–500. This position requires strong skills in creating accurate 3D models, collaborating with other disciplines, and ensuring that deliverables reflect design intent throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Revit modeling, a proven track record in producing shop-drawing quality details, and familiarity with BIM workflows. This is an on-site position with opportunities for professional growth.
