At BIM Tree, we deliver BIM models and coordinated documentation for projects across the GCC, USA, and India. As our packages scale, quality is what keeps us trusted — and we're looking for a QA/QC person who takes real pride in catching what others miss.

What you'll do

• Run QA/QC checks across BIM models and drawing packages at every submission gate
• Verify model quality, standards compliance, naming, and data integrity against BIM Execution Plans
• Check drawings against design intent, specifications, and BOQ, and flag coordination clashes
• Catch presentation and annotation issues before issue — title blocks, revisions, dimensions, callouts, legibility
• Log findings clearly and close the loop with the modelling team
