In this role, You will:Produce discipline‑specific BIM models as agreed in the BEP and Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP)Develop models to required LOD / LOI at each project stage (Tender, Design, Construction, as‑Built)Populate models with accurate geometry, attributes, parameters, and metadataEnsure all authored models comply with:Model structure and classification rulesBIM standards and naming conventionsShared parameter requirementsPerform self‑checks prior to submission to the Common Data Environment (CDE)Publish and update models in the CDE as per workflow (WIP → Shared → Published)Support BIM Coordinator during:Model federationClash detectionIssue resolutionResolve assigned clashes and model issues within agreed timelinesImplement design changes accurately and traceablyMaintain version control and update historyEnsure information containers remain consistent with latest approved inputs· Coordinate with:BIM Coordinator (coordination & priorities)Discipline Leads (technical req...
