BIM MODELER CUM DRAFTER

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage federated BIM models (Architectural, Structural, MEP) using Autodesk Revit or equivalent BIM software in accordance with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

• Produce accurate 2D shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction drawings using AutoCAD in line with project specifications and international/local standards.

• Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks or similar tools report and resolve interdisciplinary clashes in coordination with discipline leads.

• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to capture and reflect design revisions, RFIs, and site instructions into BIM models and drawings.

• Maintain and update the Common Data Environment (CDE) - ensuring correct file naming, versioning, and document control practices are followed.
