Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update 3D models using Revit/AutoCAD/other BIM tools
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines
- Experience in MEP / Fire Fighting Systems modelling (Sprinklers, Gas Suppression, Alarm, etc.)
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection
- Familiarity with BOMBA regulations is an advantage
- Experience in industrial is preferred
- Prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings
- Ensure compliance with project standards and requirements
- Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings
- Maintain model accuracy and file organization
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software
- 1–3 years experience in BIM modelling
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
