BIM Manager

As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for an BIM Managerto join ourteam inMadrid.

Reporting to theEntity Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing BIM processes across our projects and ensure coordination between all stakeholders to guarantee the quality, consistency, and efficiency of digital models.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead and develop the BIM team, ensuring daily supervision, coordination, performance management and team engagement;
• Manage and supervise BIM implementation across projects, from design to construction and handover;
• Deploy, and enforce BIM standards and processes;
• Coordinate BIM workflows between all stakeholders and ensure model quality and data consistency;
