Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager – Infrastructure (Transportation) to lead BIM strategy, digital coordination, and model governance across large-scale transportation projects such as highways, metro, rail, airports, or urban mobility systems.
The role involves driving BIM implementation from design through construction and handover, ensuring alignment with project BIM standards, project BIM goal, and client information requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. BIM Strategy & Implementation
Develop and implement the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in coordination with Digital Practice Lead Specialist
Define BIM standards, workflows, and modeling guidelines for infrastructure projects.
Align BIM deliverables with Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR).
Establish LOD/LOI requirements (LOD 200–500).
