Responsibilities (English)

• Lead the BIM strategy, workflows, and execution for the Data Centre project in alignment with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and client requirements.
• Direct BIM meetings and lead sub‑contractor BIM delivery.
• Coordinate and oversee the creation, development, and maintenance of Revit models across multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage model integration and clash coordination using Navisworks, ensuring timely resolution of clashes and constructability issues.
• Federate and publish the federated model to the shared EDM platform.
• Monitor model health, compliance, and performance to maintain high‑quality, production‑ready models.
• Administer the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) project environments, including Docs, Design Collaboration, and Build (if applicable).
