BIM Lead Data Center

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Lead to lead digital engineering delivery for hyperscale data centre projects in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will define and implement BIM standards, processes, and workflows, while leading the development, coordination, and management of high-detail 3D models (LOD 300–400) across multidisciplinary teams.

You will play a critical role in ensuring model integrity, driving clash detection and resolution, managing Common Data Environments (CDE), and facilitating accurate data extraction to support project delivery.

This position requires a strong understanding of MEP systems within mission‑critical environments, along with the ability to lead coordination efforts across consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and compliant project execution.
