Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to modeling standards specific to each trade.
• Generate BIM models for various disciplines based on provided inputs.
• Create shop drawings for site installation by the requirements of each trade.
• Identify and resolve inter-disciplinary clashes within the BIM models.
• Maintain project documents accurately.
• Generate Request for Information (RFI) for client clarification when necessary.
• Implement and maintain internal Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) standards.
