Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Revit models for Building Management System (BMS) and controls. Model DDC controllers, sensors, transmitters, actuators, dampers, valves, and instrumentation. Route conduit, cable trays, and control wiring including network and power cabling. Create accurate control panel models with required clearances and mounting details. Coordinate BIM models with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.
