BIM Coordinator Electrical

Job Summary

The Senior Electrical BIM Coordinator is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and management of electrical BIM models across all project stages. This role ensures electrical systems are accurately modeled, coordinated with other disciplines, and compliant with client and project standards particularly those governed by ISO 19650. The coordinator works closely with electrical engineers, BIM Managers, architects, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, clash‑free, and data‑rich models to support design, construction, and facility management processes.

• Develop and maintain detailed electrical BIM models, including power, lighting, containment, fire alarm, and ELV systems.
