BIM Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our Architecture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary models, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, facilitating clash detection and coordination meetings, and supporting project teams in the effective implementation of BIM workflows. The BIM Coordinator will work closely with architects, engineers, BIM modelers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions using Navisworks and other BIM tools.
